When does the time start for hourly bookings?

The time for hourly bookings starts when the truck/van arrives at the pick-up address and ends when the job and payments are completed.
Once the minimum hours have been reached, any additional time is counted in 1-hour increments.

Can you assist with dismantling and reassembling my furniture?

Certainly! Please inform us in advance if you require dismantling and reassembling services for your furniture.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on the driver and the specific vehicle in question.

How will the payment be made?

We accept payment either in cash after the job is completed or through advanced payment via bank transfer.

Are my belongings insured during transportation?

Yes, according to German Commercial Law (HGB), we have a basic liability of 620 € per m³ for furniture transport.
This means that your belongings are insured up to that amount per cubic meter during transportation.

Can I tip using a bank transfer?

Tips and snacks are indeed a great way to reward good and hard work. It is recommended to tip your movers directly in cash as a gesture of appreciation. If you prefer to give a tip through a bank transfer, it is advisable to do so separately and not combine it with your invoice payment.

Do I need no parking zone signs?

It is important to inform us in advance about the parking situation, especially in one-lane streets or if there is a tram lane. If a no parking zone is needed, please provide us with a minimum of 7 days’ notice to organize it. However, for smaller jobs, a no parking zone may not be required, and we can find alternative solutions.

If the job takes less time than booked, you will only be charged for the actual time spent, rather than the full amount.

Yes, the payment should be based on the original booking, regardless of whether the job takes less time than initially anticipated.

I have friends available. Can I book two movers to handle the heavy items while we take care of the lighter items?

In this case, it is not ideal to book two movers for handling only the heavy items while you and your friends handle the lighter items. It is recommended to either book a truck with a driver and handle the move yourself, or let our movers take care of everything to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Can you dispose of my furniture and appliances?

Yes, for furniture and appliances disposal, up to 3m3 is free of charge, and you will only need to pay our service fee. If the volume exceeds 3m3, there will be a charge starting from 60€ plus our service fee.
